What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days of production time and 3-7 days for shipping.   Our "Wild Wednesdays" Deals ship same day for orders placed during normal business hours. Some items offered in our store may have up to 21 days of shipping time after processing. 
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at Brand63Shop@Gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Other than defective or damaged items, we do not accept returns on items in our store because our items are made to order. 

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is in processing, that order can not be canceled.  All orders are sent to processing within 2 hours of the order being placed.  Orders in processing can not be canceled. Please note that "Wild Wednesdays" Deals are processed immediately when ordered and shipped out same day as long as the order is placed during normal business hours. Wild Wednesdays Deals are not able to be canceled. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Brand63Shop@Gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Some items are shipped same day and some items we offer EXPRESS SHIPPING.  For all other items, our normal shipping time is 2-5 days.
