Shipping policy

At Brand63 LLC, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 4-6 business day.
  • Shipping time: After processing, your purchase will arrive between 5-8 business days.

For other locations outside of the United States,  items typically arrive to customers within:

  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • UK, most of EU (Shipped from Amsterdam): 3-7 business days 
    • During busy periods some EU orders can take up to 30 days to be updated by the local carrier.
  • Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5-20 business days 

We understand the shipping time can be kinda stinky and are working to improve this. In the meantime, be rest assured that every piece that we have to offer is of high quality at an affordable price, unique to you and you'll be super happy when the order you placed arrives at your doorstep.

The special order items in our shop may have a 4 - 6 week delivery time.  These special processing and shipping times for special orders will be listed on each listing. You will receive tracking numbers for each order placed on our site as soon as they become available. 

At Brand63.com, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.


Unfortunately, we cannot control delays or issues caused by the carrier, including lost, damaged, or mishandled packages during transit. If your tracking information has not updated for 7 business days or longer, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.


In the event that the carrier confirms a package has been lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Customers will have the option to choose between:

1. A replacement order at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

2. A refund for the total order value, including shipping fees.


Important Note:

Claims for lost or mishandled packages must be made within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

If the tracking status indicates “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier directly for further investigation.

Brand63.com is not liable for packages marked as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.


By placing an order with Brand63.com, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms.


Brand63 has grown exponentially and we currently have shops on other platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and ebay.  Shipping packaging will vary depending upon which platform our merchandise is being shipped from.
